To Schedule Proctoring

We try and make it easy for you to schedule.

You can send us an email at support@provenpass.com with the details of your trip and when you want to have a test done, and we will schedule it for you.

Or you can log in and hit the button that says Request Test Certification, put in the information and you will be scheduled automatically.

Confused or having issues… text us at 888-404-2775 , tell us how to contact you and type schedule proctor and we will get in contact and help you out.

To order a test kit for travel

Login to your account and go to the upper left-hand corner. Click on the three lines and a drop-down menu will open. Scroll down the menu to SHOP.

To add Dependents

Login to your account. and go to the upper left-hand corner. Click on the three lines and a drop-down menu will appear. Scroll down the menu and click on the Dependents tab. A new screen will open. On the upper right hand of the screen is the word Add. Click on that and a menu will appear. Fill in the information concerning the dependent and click the ADD button on the bottom. A message will appear under the button that says your dependent has been added.

To Enter Travel Plans

Login to your account. and go to the upper left-hand corner. Click on the three lines and a drop-down menu will appear. Scroll down the menu and click on the TRAVEL PLANS tab. A new menu will open. On the upper right hand of the screen hit the ADD button. Fill in all the information and click the ADD button.

Giving Proven your travel plans ahead of time helps us to make sure you have all the requirements for your upcoming travel plans.
