When should I purchase my COVID-19 rapid antigen test?

We recommend purchasing your tests a full week before you plan to take your test. On average, it takes 3 days for the test pack to arrive, but if postal slowdowns are affecting your area, it may take a few additional days for a test pack to arrive.

How do I prepare for the COVID-19 rapid antigen test?

To take the test, you will need:

Access to a broadband internet connection
An internet-enabled device (smartphone, tablet, or computer) with a microphone, speakers, front-facing camera or webcam, and a web browser
Proof of identity such as a driver’s license or passport. You will want to have this on hand since you will need to show it to your telehealth proctor
An email account
A free PROVEN digital health account. You can create this account ahead of time or when you are ready to take the test

A minimum of 30 minutes available so that you can complete your virtually guided test

How do I get my COVID-19 rapid antigen test results?

It will take approximately 15 minutes for your results to be available on your test card. You will also receive an Proven Lab Report via email, and if you’ve downloaded and registered the PROVEN app, your test results will also appear there.

Note: While your results will appear on your test card in 15 minutes, obtaining official documentation of your test result from proven may take longer. The exact length of time will depend on the volume of testing occurring at the time of your virtual appointment.

Can I cancel or return my COVID-19 rapid antigen test purchase?

No, you cannot cancel or return the COVID-19 At-Home Rapid Antigen Test. Tests are nonrefundable and nonreturnable.
